While Orbit Industries has always warped mono filament yarn, this was always for its own knitting requirements. In 2022, Orbit expanded its warping capacity and made this production available to the market. Unlike most suppliers of mono filament yarn, Orbit does not use conventional warping from pirns. Orbit operates the largest split warping plant in the United States. This state-of-the-art process allows orbit to offer better quality as well as better price.
Currently Orbit can supply Nylon in 15, 20, and 30 Denier and polyester monofilament in 20 and 30 deniers.
